Prevea on-site provides free flu shots for NJSD staff and spouses on the District insurance plan. All other staff members are able to take advantage of the flu shot clinics for a small fee. Be sure to indicate whether you are a Vitality member on the sign-up form to receive your Vitality points for completing a prevention activity. Click the link to sign up.

Know Your Numbers
Prevea on-site also provides confidential biometric screenings at all NJSD locations in January and February each year. We recommend that staff schedule at their home-based building to ensure they have fob access. Â For security purposes, spouses and retirees should avoid appointments before 8 AM at school buildings. Appointments at the H & W Center, the Administration Building, or on a Saturday are recommended. Follow the link for more information.
SKIN SCREENING CLINIC
Prevention is Key
Prevea Health is offering FREE skin screening to Neenah Joint School District staff and their spouses who are on the District’s insurance plan. Benefit-eligible employees who are not on the District’s insurance plan can still utilize the screening for a small fee.
Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States with more than 2 million people diagnosed annually. Damage from the sun’s ultraviolet rays can occur in as little as 15 minutes. This is a screening to identify any new concerns, but will not include removal of lesions. A treatment plan or referral will be discussed as needed. This screening is not intended to replace ongoing follow-up with a dermatologist for patients who have a prior diagnosis of skin cancer.
